This tenant building is located a short distance away from the central area of Fukuyama City, on a long and narrow site going from east to west. The back of the site is a tenant building that adds as much or more value than the front side facing the road.
Six walls separate the tenants and the inner garden, allowing sight lines to pass through the layered windows. The building, while separating tenants from each others' sight, also creates a distance that goes above the physical senses. The trees planted in the inner garden are lush, and the breeze being able to pass through creates a rich natural environment.
