This sports facility was built on the shore of Lake Hakuryu in Mihara City's Yamato Town (formerly Yamato Town), as a new symbol of the town.
The facility is a fusion of many technologies and designs, with the image of a white dragon leaping up to the sky amidst the greenery of Lake Hakuryu, from which it takes its name, and a dynamic and refreshing arena space liberated by the rich nature around it.
