It is the tallest building in Hiroshima Prefecture (as of 2014) and, together with Motomachi Credo, is a landmark building in downtown Hiroshima. The building has an out-frame exterior, which is common for tower condominiums, but it is white and simple in design, with distinctive elements such as the overhang of the lower floors and the introduction of a variety of functions. The public open space also has a gallery function and is designed to connect the flow line with the nearby Prefectural Art Museum.
