Hiroshima 23-Municipality Showcases

​Hiroshima Prefecture comprises 23 municipalities: 14 cities and nine towns.

During the Summit, an exhibition was held near the working space for the press, with 23 showcases dedicated respectively to providing information about each of the municipalities, including local tourist destinations and specialties and its history, culture, nature, and industry.

At the exhibition, utilizing posters, panels, models, and other highly visible tools, each municipality shared the appeal of its features that it believed would deserve worldwide recognition, including traditional crafts, such as Kumano Brushes and masks and costumes for kagura (sacred dance), as well as oysters, lemons, Hiba Beef, and other specialty products.
