The expected impact caused by the Summit (as of April 14) is as follows.
Those who are planning to visit Hiroshima may experience inconvenience due to traffic restrictions, limited access to facilities, and other reasons that may prevent travel as planned. We would appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring the smooth operation of the Summit.

Traffic restrictions and traffic volume control measures	・ During and around the time of the Summit, heads of state and other dignitaries will visit Hiroshima, and when they travel (to and from the airport, the Summit venue, hotels where they will stay, places where they will visit, etc.), traffic restrictions will be enforced in Hiroshima City and neighboring areas. *Specific information on traffic restrictions may not be announced until the last minute depending on the status of decisions about where the dignitaries will be visiting, etc. ・ In line with this, traffic volume control measures will be implemented in Hiroshima for five days from May 18 to 22, with the aim of reducing traffic volume by 50% on expressways in the prefecture and on public roads in the center of Hiroshima City. Operation of public transportation	Due to traffic restrictions, some buses and trains will be suspended or operate on holiday schedules. In particular, please note that many limousine buses to/from Hiroshima Airport and highway buses in/out of the prefecture will be canceled from May 18 to 22. Regulations in specific areas	・ Hiroshima City As heads of state and other dignitaries may visit the Peace Memorial Park, access to the Peace Memorial Park (including the Atomic Bomb Dome) will be restricted and the facilities will be closed.
